Curating the Playlist for the Canadian Network for Psychedelic-Assisted Cancer Therapy PAT-MIND Clinical Trial

In his research, Dr. Kip Pegley has explored the connections between sound, trauma, and politics, and has been published in Singing Death: Reflections on Music and Mortality (Routledge, 2017), Music and War in the United States (Routledge, 2019), Music & Politics (2023), and the Canadian Journal of Communication (2024). More recently, he has become a member of CANPACT (the Canadian Network for Psychedelic-Assisted Cancer Therapy) where he is developing music protocols for patient-centered treatment playlists. Kip Pegley is Professor Emeritus of the DAN School of Drama and Music, Queen’s University.
