Practice is an essential part of learning in any discipline… but what is the 10,000 hour rule, why does it matter, and how can we strive for a healthy work-life balance? Join us in uncovering the principles of practice and how to find success in the practice room and beyond! Anyone is welcome to participate on Tuesday September 26th at 11:30am.

Hailed as “a truly modern virtuoso” (Roydon Tse, composer), JEFFREY LEUNG is an active performer and educator making appearances with The Moanin Frogs’ saxophone sextet, Maryland Chamber Winds, and Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and is the Assistant Professor of Saxophone at Queen’s University.
