Aaron Holmberg is the Technical Director at The Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts and he has been an audio engineer and producer for over 20 years. Aaron started at The Isabel in September 2014 as lead audio tech and mixed concerts and events in the Performance Hall for 4 seasons until 2018 when he moved into the TD roll.
As the former ‘live-in’ house engineer at The Tragically Hip’s Bathouse Recording Studio (for over 12 years) and as a freelancer, Aaron has worked on over a hundred album projects, several being Juno nominated/winning albums with artists like The Tragically Hip, Bruce Cockburn, Arkells, Sarah Harmer, The Glorious Sons, Gordon Downie, Colin Lindin, and The Trews. Holmberg has worked for Dan Aykroyd for nearly 20 years, recording his Blues Mobile Radio Hour show and voice work for a wide variety of projects (The Simpsons, Family Guy, The Twilight Zone, Hotel Paranormal, Dino Hunt Canada).
Aaron continues his passion for audio and music under the umbrella of his company Full Frequency Productions which specializes in album production, location recording, sound design/music composition for film and acoustic consulting and design.
Aaron has been a musician and composer since he was young.
